Clean, compact apartment with lovely big windows and nice balcony. Stayed as a family of 4 with kids aged 9 and 7. Codes sent to phone to open the doors the day of your arrival. We paid for early check in and arrived earlier than planned and the room was ready. The second bed is a sofa bed in the kitchen area which was already set up for us and was fine for the kids. Kitchen is 2 hobs, fridge, dishwasher, kettle- we didn’t cook here much but was fine for basics. Limited pots and pans. Great coffee machine with beans supplied. We enjoyed the location, the Bob w app was helpful with knowing what was in the local area- placed between old town and Kadriorg park it was easy to walk to everything, beach and harbour included and the zoo was a taxi ride away- great zoo with lots of green space. Delicious pizza place newly opened on the same road, less than a minute walk from the apartment called Como. A supermarket across the road, a great bakery called Chou-Chou around the corner and a delicious restaurant called nop a short walk away. Nice area with lots of painted wooden houses. Kids had no problem walking the 15-20 mins into old town and the apartment is on the tram route. We stayed 7 days and could book in a mid stay clean on the app which was helpful. Would recommend!

+ Location + Spacious living area + BoB W concept is great + Great cafe, restaurants and a grocery store nearby. - Very dirty carpet and couch - no microwave - Some parts very wornout (sink, door handle almost falling off, loose mouldings, hole in the kitchen wall by the sink) - For a tall/big person, the loft and bathroom/shower will feel quite claustrophobic, as they are very small with low roofs. Overall, not up to the standard that BoB W has set with other of their locations I´ve stayed at. All that said, I will prob stay again.

Even though there was no one on-site, all the instructions were very clear. Check-in was super easy, and the location is great. There were also lots of thoughtful little gifts, including an instant camera, which my child really enjoyed. Overall, the stay was a great experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

We had really nice stay in Tallinn. Location was perfect and the apartment really nice. Door codes worked well and it was easy to communicate with the staff through the whatsapp. Breakfast place nearby was really nice too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it exceeded expectations. The double bed was curtained off which made it feel separate to the rest of the room, and it was perfectly fine for four of us to stay here. Everything was very clean and tidy with thoughtful little touches and the company clearly has good values at heart. Would definitely stay in a Bob again. We found everything we needed in the hotel room and more. Definitely recommend for a stay in Tallinn.

Bob's place in Tallinn is great. The apartment is super clean and has all the amenities that you may need. Bob's staff were very helpful and they were always available to help. The apartments location is perfect and it's few minutes walk from Old town. there is also a grocery store across street. We will be back :)

Thank you. Good hotel for the best price. It was hot in the room because the building is historical and they are not allowed to install AC (the explanation I got). It was enough to open a window but I won’t choose this hotel if I stay in summer. There were some fans available that you can get in the basement but I didn’t need them as mentioned above.

Room was good but ridiculously small shower not good. We accidentally went to the wrong room on check-in but our code worked on that as well! Someone else’s bags in there. This is a security risk but no one was interested. Appalling. Also constantly bombarded with email etc - irritating and unnecessary. Won’t use you again.

Perfect for my purposes

Bob W Avangard is located directly across from Tallinn University. Since I was attending a conference at the university, the location was perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable and the space was clean. The lack of any personnel on-site was no problem except that after I checked out, it would have been nice to have been able to leave my luggage to keep until my flight departure that night. I ended up using the Bounce app and leaving my luggage at Tallinn City Bike, which worked fine. I saw someone complaining about the kitchen area not having a microwave, and yes - a microwave would have been nice, but I'm not sure I would have actually used one even if it had been available. I did really appreciate the espresso machine.

A very fashionable building and a cozy apartment that was ideal for mine and my partner's style of travel. Great kitchen provisions that included plates and bowls, glassware and silverware, a saute pan, and a French press with coffee very thoughtfully provided. Included a reusable bag for shopping and a plug adaptor for US electronics as well. Will definitely stay again if we're back in Tallinn!
