If you just need a clean place to lay your head that is walking distance to the ferry then this is your place. Simple rooms, unimpressive beds, and warm shower. It will take you about 10-15 minutes to walk to old town and the hotel is tucked away in an old parking lot. Simple but gets the job done.

CYI was perfect for my initiation into all things Talinn. Although the main entrance is located in a parking lot and the views aren't exactly scenic, the facility was spotless. Without asking or charging a separate fee, the housekeeping ladies came each day, spiffying up the bed linens, emptying trash, and cleaning bathroom. There is a refrigerator with a real freezer, hot plate/stove, hot water boiler, French press, and enough silverware, glassware and tableware, including sharp knives, for two. Also two separate twin beds. I could have stayed there for a month

The room was clean and had a kitchen, so it was very comfortable. There is no washing machine in the room; you have to use the laundry room on the 2nd floor (for a fee). The location is convenient, within walking distance of the Old Town. Thank you 清潔な部屋でキッチンもあり、快適でした。 洗濯機は部屋に無く、2Fのランドリールームを使います(有料) 立地は旧市街まで徒歩圏内で便利です。 ありがとうございました。

Although the bed is quite small in a single room, the area was spacious and had a nice kitchenette and working space. The location is convenient, although the hotel is hidden in the back alley, it's easy enough to reach and a walkable distance to old town and Rotermanni (for plenty of food options and shopping). The staff was nice and the hotel was quiet, which I truly appreciated.
