"We had stayed for a night as we had an early morning flight the next day. The Hotel was great and had a lot of amenities. Family friendly also. The pool was one of the biggest highlights we missed out as we did not get the chance to use it. But it looked amazing. Rooms were very clean and spacious. It had all the required amenities that would be needed for they stay. They have a buffet and a sit down resturant. We ate at the buffet and it had a wide variety of things to try. Highly recommend for short or long stays."

"Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesn’t dry the clothes. The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size."

"This hotel was just fine, and served its purpose. I needed a place to stay for a night-long layover near KUL (or KLIA). Everything worked as it should; the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Decent bathroom and fast, friendly check-in."

"It’s a fantastic idea, very clean and well maintained. It is lovely to have all the facilities of a hotel room on the transit side at the airport. No need to pass through immigration if you are transferring to another flight with a longer stopover. Clean, quiet and private with a shower room and toilet in the room."

"Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment."
