"Very thing was great except the reception music was far too loud, you could not even talk to the check in. Then people in the main hall talked louder to hear each other to made the environment worse. I asked the receptionist to turn down the volume. SHE says she could not. I told her to inform her manager, She didn’t give a care about my request. The grand entrance of the hall was great but the volume of the music made it seem like market."

"This hotel was WOW. The rooms, the pool, the gym, the staff….and the breakfast buffet was mind blowing! The location was incredible for us as we were catching the train from KL sentral, but if you want to be closer to KL CBD you need to catch trains or grab. Highly highly recommend staying here."
