"Incomplete room toiletries when we go in. We have to call to ask such as tissue, small towels, hair dryer. Also noticed the bath towels have mouldy smell."

"Decently priced stay for a pretty spacious room. Bed firmness, pillow softness are acceptable. There has been some thought put into the renovation, interior design, and choice of household items. Breakfast has some diversity. However this is definitely not 5 star hotel standard, and is either 3 or 4 star standard."
