O barulho de lixadeira começava por volta das 9h, o que compromete bastante o conforto — inclusive dificultando até assistir TV. Recomendo entrar em contato previamente para verificar se as obras já foram finalizadas antes de efetuar a reserva."

The rooms are not double glazed and therefore you can hear everything from the main road. I could not sleep well. There was also some machinery behind the wall on the 2nd bedroom, again very noisy and it can start anytime (I had it starting at 3am and it is a loud noise = I guess it is related to the water pressure?). Breakfast was also not like in the Instagram...

Ponto de melhoria do apartamento é a troca do ar condicionado, faz muito barulho quem tem sono leve não consegue dormir com ele ligado, a cama também é pequena, o colchão era maior que a cama, não é muito confortável.
