Beachfront Jewel in Langosta

This rare and modern, beachfront townhouse is steps away from the prestigious Playa Langosta’s surf break, tide pools, and river mouth. Located at the southernmost point of the Tamarindo area, this property offers exclusive access to the quiet and beautiful beach of Langosta. Enjoy easy living in this luxurious two-level townhouse with multiple balconies and communal pool.

This home was completely renovated in 2019 and comes with all new furnishing, beds, linens, kitchen
appliances, and laundry appliances. The home comes stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach
toys, water shoes, and sunscreen- everything needed to make your beach vacation unforgettable! All
you need is your bathing suit and we've got the rest covered!
The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a dishwasher and bar seating. The spacious living area
includes a smart Tv and comfortable seating as well as a large dining table. There is also a spacious patio
off the living space with outdoor seating and dining table that opens to a private yard. There are two
bedrooms and three bathrooms in this unit. The master bedroom has a king bed and lots of closet space.
The master bedroom also has its own spacious balcony overlooking the ocean and coastal forest. The
second bedroom has a very versatile professional made custom king bed with double bed trundle and
an overhead twin bunk allowing many sleeping configurations (Family, couple, or three separate beds
for friends and a private balcony. There is also a loft space with a futon and twin bed in the master
bedroom.

Parking and nightly security are included to ensure guests safety and comfort. This property is a 15 minute walk to Tamarindo and close to local restaurants and a small super market located in Langosta. Across the street you will find one of the best pizza places in town!

Langosta is a very nice quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to tamarindo. There is a super market 2 blocks away and few great restaurants like EL SAPO, FISH AND CHEESES AND CALA LUNA

You can rent a car, golf cart, taxi or simply rent bikes or walk. It is easy and safe.

Great location, great setup. Spacious. There are not many food options nearby, but what was within 5-10 minutes was excellent. Very convenient to the beach, we left in just our swim shorts not even sandals were necessary. Linens were not as comfortable and the water pressure was unbelievable low. There I would definitely recommend this unit to someone with a family.

Langosta Beach

My boyfriend and I stayed here and really enjoyed it. We didn't want to be in downtown Tamarindo. This fit the bill. Quiet by us and easy to get to downtown. It is on the beachfront. You can see the view but it is through trees/vegetation. We liked that it provided privacy. Monkeys passed by a few times. Very exciting to see from the porch. Great outdoor space. Kitchen well appointed. Supermarket very close. Andrea was super responsive. Could be good set up for 2 couples or family. Also, easy to walk into Tamarindo or we used the scooters. Be prepared for American prices in town! Food and people are both amazing. We will return.

Excellent base for our CR trip

This property was the perfect place for our family to spend time during our week in Costa Rica. Just steps to the beach. The condo was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Grocery and Pizza are nearby, and you are close to all of the excitement and restaurants of Tamarindo. Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect space and location to enjoy the quieter side of Tamarindo!

We rented this property for a month and were very pleased with our choice to stay in Playa Langosta at the Bahia Langosta! The unit itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The property manager was responsive and helpful with any issues that we had. Location wise, it is about a 20 minute walk to town and the busier streets of Tamarindo. The property is also very close to an intermediate surf break with gorgeous sunsets. There is a 24 hour guard and the property itself was well maintained with constant landscape work and pool maintenance. Overall, we highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to rent away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo but still within a reasonable distance! I highly recommend the Fish and Cheese restaurant down the street; it was a taste of Italy in Costa Rica!
