This home was completely renovated in 2019 and comes with all new furnishing, beds, linens, kitchen
appliances, and laundry appliances. The home comes stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach
toys, water shoes, and sunscreen- everything needed to make your beach vacation unforgettable! All
you need is your bathing suit and we've got the rest covered!
The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a dishwasher and bar seating. The spacious living area
includes a smart Tv and comfortable seating as well as a large dining table. There is also a spacious patio
off the living space with outdoor seating and dining table that opens to a private yard. There are two
bedrooms and three bathrooms in this unit. The master bedroom has a king bed and lots of closet space.
The master bedroom also has its own spacious balcony overlooking the ocean and coastal forest. The
second bedroom has a very versatile professional made custom king bed with double bed trundle and
an overhead twin bunk allowing many sleeping configurations (Family, couple, or three separate beds
for friends and a private balcony. There is also a loft space with a futon and twin bed in the master
bedroom.

Parking and nightly security are included to ensure guests safety and comfort. This property is a 15 minute walk to Tamarindo and close to local restaurants and a small super market located in Langosta. Across the street you will find one of the best pizza places in town!

Langosta is a very nice quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to tamarindo. There is a super market 2 blocks away and few great restaurants like EL SAPO, FISH AND CHEESES AND CALA LUNA

You can rent a car, golf cart, taxi or simply rent bikes or walk. It is easy and safe.
QUICK‑START INSIDE • Tap water is safe to drink. One 5‑gal dispenser bottle provided; refills are on you. • Wi‑Fi: network & password are on the router (next to the TV). • A/C: keep at 24 °C / 75 °F. Turn off if you’ll be out > 1 h and keep doors/windows closed. • TV: two remotes (TV + Smart Box on HDMI). Log out of personal streaming apps at check‑out. • Laundry: load ≥ 8 kg and rinse sand off first; use beach towels (not bath towels) for the beach.
HOUSE REMINDERS • Power/water/internet flickers up to 5 min are normal; call if any service is out > 1 h. • Ants & the occasional (non‑poisonous) scorpion are common in the tropics. • Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM — absolutely no parties; fines or eviction may apply. • Lock doors/windows and don’t leave valuables in cars. • Construction noise is possible during the day; message us if loud work continues after hours. • Trash bin is in the parking area; collection Mon / Wed / Sat. • Tipping: 10 % is already included at most venues; extra is appreciated. Feel free to tip cleaning staff directly.
CHECK‑OUT (10 AM)
1. Turn A/C OFF, fans to LOW.
2. Wash dishes & tidy surfaces.
3. Bag all trash and place it in the parking‑lot bin.
4. Leave the gate remote on the console table and lock the door (1370 + arrow).
5. Extra‑dirty check‑outs may incur an additional cleaning fee.
