"They were super disorganized with the reservations. I had already reserved at hotels.com and when I got there, they told me they did not have rooms anymore, but I could get a cabin. The cabin was 3 times what the room cost and they expected for me to pay for it. They did not have a credit card terminal, and al their back office, was in pen and paper. I waited for an hour before I got any answers. There is no parking and I had to find another hotel"

"Visiting family in area. Washing machine didn’t work, ran out of propane in middle of preparing meal and part of ceiling in one bedroom fell as we slept. Overall, I was not pleased with the outcome."
