Besides the wonderful staff, the hotel restaurant was a highlight. We ate every meal there while in Tampico because we wanted to try everything. Beautiful seafood and cocktails."
"Got a very nice upgrade due to a previous experience. But overall, stay was good although ac doesn’t work anywhere in the hotel other than the rooms and maybe in the restaurant. But hallways, elevators, and especially the lobby area are all scorching hot!"
