The Palace Hotel in old spa town called Curia in Portugal must be one of the coolest hotels I've ever slept at. This charming place was build in the 1930s, and it kept all its charm and glory.

"The apartment arrangement is fine. Next to the University of Coimbra which was the reason for our stay. Coimbra near the University is very hilly, but the area is beautiful in September. Tour of the campus and famous library. The rooms are small which brings back memories of being a student in college."
