Walk .7 mile to Bayshore, minutes from Downtown Tampa by car and an easy 40 minute drive to Clearwater/St. Pete beaches!
This newly updated (Feb 2023) single-story home has been outfitted with everything you need to make this your home away from home. The primary bedroom King Suite has a private bathroom and direct patio access, the other guest bedrooms share a full bath. There are two office spaces for work-at-home with 1 Gig wireless internet. The screened-in porch adds an extra room for relaxation and the spacious backyard is peaceful, private & fully fenced-in.

Great rental in Ballast Point

The house is wonderful. Fully updated, extremely clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Great property for pets, our dog loved the fenced yard with turf. We highly recommend this rental.
