While the Hotels.com AI was very frustrating and difficult to communicate with regarding my issue (it was a nightmare), the hotel manager was extremely helpful and the mission was accomplished. "This was a Very Clean and Beautiful place with a lot of Amenities. Very close to everything you may need. Very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the Classic video games like i was back in the Arcade of yester years. Our host John was so very nice and hospitable which was a plus. Cannot say enough nice things about the host or the house just Beautiful. Will definitely be using this again when im back in town. What a Gem."
