The deluxe ocean view room was rly spacious and we had a quiet corner all to ourselves. Only thing was that the outlet next to the TV was not working but other than that we had a great experience

Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management.

朝食やプールサイドでのパーティーではネルソンが、ハッピーアワーのbarでは女性スタッフの方が、とても良くしてくれました。 フランクに喋ってくれて、友達が働いているところに遊びにきた感覚にさせてくれて、ここに泊まって本当に良かったと思いました！ リゾナーレグアムのレストラン、barスタッフには是非報酬をお願いします！

3、6、9歳の子連れで利用させていただきました。 室内に設置されている冷蔵庫が全く冷えず、食材を冷やすことができませんでした。 クローゼットの棚が埃まみれで利用できず残念でした。 天井設置のエアコン吹き出し口から水漏れしていて、フロントへ相談しましたが空室を調べもしてくれず不快でした。 レンタカーがあれば、どこへ行くにも15分もかからず到着するので便利でした。 雨が降ると至る所が雨漏りしており、施設の老朽化を感じました。
工事中で海へ直接アクセスできませんでした。またリニューアル完成したら再訪したいです。

직원분들이 매우 친절하시고 아이들과 워터파크에서 물놀이하기 편합니다. 조식도 맛있고요. 수영장이었던 곳인 것 같은데 그곳이 지금 공사를 하고 있어서 이용이 안 된 점이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 도보로 이동 가능한 거리에 pay less market이나 셜리스 레스토랑같은 로컬 매장이 있어 간식 구입, 식사에 편리했습니디다.

小学生と未就学児を含め家族で利用させて頂きました。 朝食のキッズブッフェエリアにいらっしゃるスタッフの方は、食事を取りに行く度笑顔で声をかけて下さり、子供たちも嬉しそうにしてました。ポップコーンマシーンから自分でポップコーンを取れたのも嬉しそうでした。 子供たちはプールが気に入り、毎日入りました。プール入り口で黄色のカードとタオルを交換しますが、ここにいらっしゃるスタッフの方も毎回明るくて楽しいです。子供はライフジャケットを無料で貸してくれます。 流れるプールには浮き輪が流れており使うことができますが、大人サイズなので小さいお子さんがいらっしゃる方は持参した方がいいかもしれません。

掃除もこちらから連絡しないと来ません。 しかも連絡しても来なかった日が二日連続で、本当にありえません。 朝食レストランは油の臭いがひどく、食べ終わると全身に油臭がつきます。 とても食べられるレベルではなく、三日目はロビー横の小さなカフェに行きましたが、 そこにはハエが飛んでいて、サンドイッチのパンはパサパサ。 本当にがっかりで、星野リゾートとは思えません。 もう二度と泊まりたくありません。
