Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management.

Beautiful ocean front balcony room. Just outdated. The water pressure keeps on changing and you hear a noise when changing water temperature. The balcony and outside building needs pressure wash.

Although somehow remotely located from the main street of Tamon, the hotei itself has abundant facilties and offer variety of activities for kids and adult. My grand children (age of 10 and 8) enjoyed various activities in the "WaterPark". They experienced in the WaterPark the surfboarding and body-boarding for the first time. After the first day, they managed to surf on the wave (standing on the board) in the Wave Swimming Pool.

The room was fine. The bed, bathroom and balcony were all good. It was the cleanliness of the carpets in the room that were questionable. I instantly felt something was off when I put my bare foot on it. I had my 1yo son, and I did not want him crawl on that carpet.

メインストリートからは離れていますが とっても閑静でロビーもお部屋も廊下も広々としていて過ごし易かったです。 お部屋の掃除も丁寧で、何よりお湯が溜めれるのが最高でした。 水回りも綺麗でシャワーの出もよく文句なし、そして朝のビュッフェが無料で付いてくるのがとても良い！毎日少しずつ変わるメニューやキッズメニューなども豊富で可愛く、優雅に海を眺めながら美味しく頂きました♪ また来年も泊まりたいと思います！ ひとつ希望するならドンキまで行くバスが他のホテルは無料送迎があるのですが星野にはなかったので、あれば良かったなって思います。それ以外は本当に最高のホテルです⭐︎

部屋や建物は古い感じでしたが、キレイに清掃されていました。 ロビー、レストラン、プールのスタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 3泊しましたが、朝食ビュッフェの内容が毎日少しずつ違ったのも良かったです。 部屋の清掃に来てくれるのが毎回16時過ぎくらいでした。 ちょうどプールから上がり、シャワーや着替えをしている時間と被ってしまったのでもう少し早い時間に来て欲しかったです。 バタバタ着替えている時に清掃に入ってもらう訳にも行かず、タオル交換とボトルウォーターの補充のみしてもらい、結局一度も清掃してもらわないままチェックアウトしました。

ウォーターパークが併設されており、宿泊者が常に使用可能である、朝食ビュッフェの種類が豊富でバランスが良いといったところはポイントが高い。 一方、繁忙期であったためとは理解しつつもハウスキーピングが18時以降に実施されることが3日続いた。 上記はフロントにて意見を伝えてからは改善された。 また、施設の老朽化により、一部機能の不全（バスルームの扉が動かない、ウォシュレットが動かない、フィットネスルームのマシンが内部干渉してスムーズに動かない等）が散見された。
