"The check in staff were friendly and accommodating. I had travelled a long way and arrived late. My room was clean, functional and had all of the comforts of home. The location was central and convenient but my room faced a main road so the road noise during the night was audible."

Just didn’t like the several messages (text, calls) they sent/did asking us to confirm our arrival - of course, we booked and paid for it; and to let them know “exactly” what time… We are aware of the check in time and we don’t control traffic situation & if they must know, we were trying to finish a few jobs before we left. But, would still consider staying as it is near our relatives’ place."
