"I have visited Nepal many times, but this hotel is the best balanced so far. It is especially clean and quiet despite being in the center of the city. The staff were also very kind, and I would like to stay at this hotel again next time."

"Staff at the property is disgusting, rude, show obscene signs. This is obscene behavior is shown by the kitchen cooks, servers and night shift desk clerk. They are very upset on the fact, guests coming from abroad spending whole day in visiting sites. I had cancelled my stay at the property after tolerating this abuse for three days. Property is old and not not kept clean either. Will not recommend this place if they charge more than $10/nignt. "

Nice location for shopping and wondering around Thamel area. Arranged early check in which I really appreciated after flying from West Coast for many hours. I had an amazing 2 night stay at this Kumari Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal.
They offer an airport pickup service ($10 USD). I guy was waiting for me with a name plate. The ride through Kathmandu was about 20 minutes.
The check-in and receptionist was extremely pleasant and efficient.
There is a full, daily continental buffet (made to order omelets, pancakes, eggs, fruit, bread, cereal, fresh juice, etc).
It's a convenient lo action into the touristy part of Kathmandu. Restaurants and stores are within a 5-10 minute walk.
My suite had a TV and mini fridge. It was clean.
I would definitely recommend it, and if/when I'm in Kathmandu again, I will stay here. No complaints. "
