"the location is very strategic. so may tourist attractions nearby, especially the Kea Farm market and sheep sanctuary. the room is clean and comfy. parking is quite scary though, have to maneuver steep entrance. "

"Room as per described in web. No breakfast though payment made was for room & breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel as they provide breakfast & that time was festive sesaon. No restaurant open that time. Not even a single bread from 7-Eleven given as a replacement. Have to walk thru smoking-floor to get to the non-smoking floor. We had bad cough as a result of it as me & my son are asthmatic. Parking less security"
