Wendy and Jason was a great host! I send a message and they responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. They gave us much very useful information before we checked in and maintained good communication with us. The instruction covers every single detail. Plus they were super super helpful when we accidentally left something behind! Absolutely honest, kind, and very very very considerately helpful. This stay was absolutely clean and stylish. We felt at home and it...

We only stopped here for one night. It's clean, spacious, easy to find and close to various eateries.

Excellent service. Beautiful location and room.

This is a great location and experience. I highly recommend it.

Complete relaxation in a beautiful setting. The villas are comfortable and quite big. The open air concept gives you that feeling of being in nature, but in a private setting. The entire grounds give way to a stress-free experience. The staff are helpful and courteous; they went over and above to tend to our needs. They were able to find my wedding ring that slipped off my finger unbeknownst to me. Then they arranged a driver to bring it to my hotel in Kuala Lumpur! Awesome service and...

It was such a uniquely designed hotel and even though it is not in town, it doesn't take to long to order a grab ride to go out and in. The only thing that could be improved on is if the shared kitchen area was better equipped with soap, paper towels, and dishes to use.

Decor: 10 Wifi: 10 Water pressure: 10 Fantastic stay, got a free afternoon high tea and breakfast as well.

Good place and service

Amazing hotel, super clean, very friendly staff. The hainanese restaurant next door is a big plus point too! Only con is that the hotel is a bit far from.. well everything! Could not walk anywhere, mainly because the infrastructure of ipoh is very VERY car-centric but also because of how far away the hotel is from most all places. The blocks surrounding the hotel are the either empty or abandoned, with the only other functional one being a carpet shop. Nevertheless, this also means that there is...

Nice hotel with free hi-tea and breakfast. Room is clean and nice but need improvement in soundproofing.

Nice and clean, beautiful cosy room with nice furnitures

Troji and his intern Nacho were great hosts, friendly and accommodating. Nacho took me and another guest on a hike, and we all joined Troji for dinner one night at a nearby restaurant. The hostel was clean and quiet, with plenty of cooking implements and condiments and fridge space. I enjoyed playing the guitar there, binge-reading one of the books, and taking walks through the farms nearby. (That was my one disappointment - the farms all have plastic roofing, like greenhouses, so you can enjoy...

Happy with the stay, the location is near to the airport. The room is clean and big. Special thanks to the assistant manager Jessie Chua, she is very warm and helpful. We definitely will come back again.

Hotel room has basic setup like heritage style. Fixtures are old and can smell its old smell once entering the room. Balcony is nice and it will be nicer if chairs and small table can be place. Also, if the light at balcony is checked if it is working. Overall, room is quiet and staffs are nice and kind.

Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful.
