"This hotel was very unclean. The first room they gave was not clean with garbage in floor and no sheets on the bed. The front desk apologized and gave us a second room next to the first one. The second room had the bed made up but the fridge was spattered with something red all over the front. The floor was filthy, mold growing in shower, trash still in trash cans. We left and found other accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The property was nice and clean and the front desk clerk was nice and attentive The room was the cleanest room ive stayed inn a long time However check out its at 11 and the housekeeper attempted to come into my room at 8am to clean it and again at 930. She didn't care that check out was hrs away. And she didnt speak English. They need to fix that."

"Don’t get me wrong you get what you pay for, but the room was poorly cared for the housekeeping did not do a great job cleaning the room. There was a dirty rag from the last guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. There was a dead bug in the bathtub. It was just poorly cleaned, and the equipment was not the best but for the price range it would probably be considered OK."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The exterior of the property was poorly maintained, and upon entering, outdated fall decorations were still on display. As we walked to our room, we noticed a large trash container that remained in the same spot all day. When we entered the room, there was a strong smell of cleaning products, and the carpet was completely soaked—apparently it had just been shampooed. Although we were given fans to help dry it, that didn’t resolve the issue. After leaving for a few hours, we returned to find the carpet still wet. We were then moved to another room, but it had an unpleasant odor that was difficult to identify. Additionally, there was a large group of workers gathered outside our window, playing loud music, drinking, and with a strong presence of marijuana. This made the environment especially uncomfortable, as we were traveling with children. Ultimately, we decided to leave and were grateful to receive a full refund. However, the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep if it hopes to compete with other properties in the area."

"We came up for the Nashville race Sunday. We live about 4 hours away. The host was very accommodating and replied quickly. It was a cute little place to stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking in the area. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice surprise."

"Generally decent property, but some details left us a bit disappointed. We booked this property specifically because it had an outdoor pool, which we wanted to use for a few hours during our stay. It was closed (after Memorial Day...hot weather). The TV in the room had only limited channels that actually worked. There was a burned out light bulb at the bedside, and the built-in USB charger didn't charge. The stay was fine, but the value for the room fee charged just missed the mark."

"They gave us a room that was already occupied! We got there around midnight! My husband went to find a place to park.I went on up to the room and unlocked the door and a man jumped out of the bed! He was not happy and neither was I ! But the people at the desk acted like it was nothing. But it is and was the manager said she would contact me and let me know what can be done.But I doubt they even will.But I will keep pushing until they do.That was and could of been a bad situation!"

"First, I will say the staff were excellent. So kind & inviting. The property overall was clean and fairly well maintained. This is a 2Story but there is no elevator. Breakfast was decent. As far as our room... there was a strong musty odor from the moment we arrived. There was a dehumidifier in the room so I imagine that at some point the carpet had flooded or something of that sort. The room itself was clean but the odor was rough. We found that other rooms on that lower level side also had dehumidifiers so again I believe there may have been a flood at some point. I did try to utilize a Scentsy wax warmer to make things better but it could not mask the musty smell. Overall I could possibly stay on property again after I had inspected the room first."
