"Great place to stay if you’re looking for downtown accommodations. Stayed here and went to a Suns game across the street and it was great! The bar at the hotel was great after the game and we really enjoyed spending time in the lobby with our complimentary drinks. The room was comfy, downtown is loud. It just is what it is. It’s a metropolitan city with stuff going on. We didn’t even turn on the tv so I can’t comment n that part but the shower was fantastic."

"Love the rooftop pool and location! Central to so many bars and restaurants. Friendly hotel staff, lovely property. Perfect home base for day trips to spring training ballparks! "

"We stayed in Room 331 at Valley Inn, and unfortunately the room was very dirty right when we checked in. The walls had a lot of visible stains, and the sheets were stained and did not appear clean. Several fixtures, including the towel racks, were hanging off the wall, and the shower curtain rod was also loose and coming off. It seems like there are quite a few repairs and general maintenance issues that are being overlooked. Overall, the stay itself was okay since we were just looking for somewhere simple to sleep, not necessarily a luxury or high-end place. We gave it a shot, but based on the cleanliness and condition of the room, I would recommend spending a little extra and choosing a step up if possible. "

"Cut our Sedona trip short to see Phoenix. We chose this hotel from rates on Expedia. It was in a quiet area, clean and convenient. Short walk to Chase arena, and Jefferson, a street full of restaurants. No bar at night only beer and wine. It was a beautiful day did not have an area to sit outside to enjoy but overall a great hotel."
