"This hotel was great, private bathroom, bidet. Room was fine for single person. Breakfast buffet was good. Very nice location for great food and stations not far away. Only annoyance was the elevator traffic- this is a huge hotel 40 floors they split the elevator traffic between half the floors 6 elevators for each half top/bottom. Often waiting 5 or so minutes for elevator and squeezing together. "

"I would give it a 5 star if the rooms were a little bigger. If you big suitcases, you would find these rooms very uncomfortable. But if you are a light traveler, this hotel is very good. Walking distance to dotonbori and other major shopping areas and restaurants. Location is 5 star. Be aware they also make you check out at 10am instead of the normal 11am."

"The room was quite spacious and clean, everything you needed in the room including fridge and safe. Everything you need for the onsen was also in the room and replenished everyday. Hotel had post onsen ice cream and yakult AND late night ramen."

"The room is clean & th beddings and towels are purity white.We stayed 15 days in Hotel, unfortunately, nobody cleaned the room , they did'nt changed beddings . The place is practical to move everywhere. Train station is approximately 200 meter away. The staff is very helpfull ."
