"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...

"This is the worst place to book your stay. i traveled with my daughter who is 6 and i was very concerned for our safety. the staff was okay. the only nice place is the table in the “lobby” & the outside of the building. the “shared” bathroom & showers, you dont find out they are shared till you book this place. it looks like a jail. the “bed” is so uncomfortable its just a thin mat and a thin pillow on wood.
