Amazing staff, offered me a wrapped breakfast when announced early check out. Walk up the hill to town might be quite challenging, but bus stop and train station are very close!

After hours of international travel, we were anticipating a much-needed rest upon arrival at the hotel with a noon check-in. However, we were disappointed to learn that the information provided on Expedia was incorrect, resulting in the unavailability of rooms until 2 PM. To our dismay, when check-out time approached, we received abrupt calls to our rooms, urging us to depart an hour earlier than our scheduled time listed on Expedia. This experience was particularly challenging for our family with two young children, as certain staff members appeared indifferent to the time slot we had reserved on the website. Additionally, when requesting extra towels, we encountered resistance from the front desk, citing that we had already received our daily allocation. Overall, our holiday experience was marred by these encounters with the staff, which is not how any family would ideally spend their vacation time together. Consequently, we do not intend to revisit this establishment.

Great location and tons of available parking. Although we didn't have a chance to use the pool, it looked great and im sure would help keep you cool on those HOT days! Breakfast was also a great start to the day!

this was a fine place to stay and a short walk across the road to the Puerto Rica beech facility which was private but passable to a free area. staff all very nice and helpful Dinner and snack/lunch facility would be good. bus every15 minutes into town or up to Taormina but too far and risky to walk into Giardini Naxos.

This hotel is spotlessly clean. It’s a little out of town but has a good bus service to Taormina for €1.50 each way or taxi for €20 each way. We used the bus 😂. Breakfast was plentiful & the waiter brought round warm croissants. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be out of town or near the railway station.

Wi-Fi didn’t work except in the lobby. The room was cramped and the AC didn’t work. When these problems were brought to the attention of staff, they were unhelpful and ultimately started yelling at us for complaining. The hotel itself was not close to anything. You couldn’t walk to restaurants or places of interest. The breakfast was not good at all. Day old baked goods, low quality stuff, past prime fruit and veg, and vile (instant) coffee. We left after one night and found a different place to stay.

Taormina is een heel mooi stadje boven op een berg. Het hotel ligt aan de voet van de berg, maar na een klim van 20 minuten ben je boven. Het ontbijt in het hotel is fantastisch, er is een mooi zwembad.

The sea views will encapsulate you. Waking up to a boat swaying in the wind at eye level with your bed is unparalleled. Taking the the steep trek up the hill to Taormina proper is worth it just to say “I did it!” PLUS they seem to be the only hotel in all of Europe that understands what a “do not disturb” sign means. Bless you! Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Small rooms and no A/C but good hotel great pool!

The hotel is a bit up a side street to locate but once there it was clean and the staff were cordial and professional. The room itself was tiny, the wifi ok at best and forget the air conditioning - NON EXISTENT! If i had stayed here in August during the heat i would be upset but in October the nights were cool so we could sleep. The shower basically spits out water and is really tiny for anyone with any size on them. Other than that, the place is fine, great pool and location is at the bottom of Taormina so out of the core which was good for me.

Older property but the facilities were great and staff good. Although not in central Taormina was very welcome as on the bus route with buses every 10-15mins until 00:45 in Summer and 5 mins walk from train. Spot of relaxation in amazing location!

Staff was friendly, hotel room was tidy and balcony lovely. Only minus was the neighbours who made a lot of noice during every single night of our stay. They argued loudly and banged the walls, same thing happened 3 nights in a row.
