Location and cleanliness. The staff was very accommodating.

The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....

Our stay at Medousa Suites was wonderful. It is located right outside of the main entrance to Corso Umberto/Main Street through Taormina making it a prime location. The room had a beautiful balcony with views of the water and Mt.Etna. The room itself was clean, bed was comfy, and we had a very nice coffee machine. Staff were great! We booked a room in the Rock annex. It was an entire, fully equipped apartment. The Rock annex is located across the street and down about one block from the main hotel. To be honest, other than doing the initial checkin and a walk around, we never went to the main hotel building. The pool is located there and there is a small bar. A wonderful hotel in a charming town. with incredible views of the sea, the hills. Located by the ancient town center with its historic buildings, great shops and restaurants. The hotel and it's surroundings couldn't be more delightful!

Property and room were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet and staff were excellent. Only problem was banging noises late at night from the room above. Also, stairs at entrance can be a problem for handicapped people. Thank you.

The hotel is ideally located at the far end of the Giardini Naxos Beachfront. About 15 minutes walk from the Station. The Bus Stop for buses to Taormina, and from Catania Airport is opposite the hotel. There are plenty of Restaurants and Bars close-by along the seafront, within 5-15 minutes walk. Great hotel in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and caring. The location was perfect, right by the sea and not far from the cable car that takes you up into the city. It was also very easy to access. We slept very well, and the breakfast was excellent, with a beautiful view of the sea. We highly recommend this hotel!

We used Hotel Baia delle Sirene as a base to tour the area of Etna and Taormina. The hotel had parking and a fantastic deck to have drinks in the evening. What else could you ask for? The first night we ate in the restaurant, not expecting much, but were greatly surprised at the authenticity and quality of the food.

The room was spacious and clean and we loved our balcony with the stunning view. It’s a walking distance to the city center and the cable car. Breakfast was very good. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Great hotel, highly recommended!

Cute lil bed & breakfast in GNaxos. Just a 2 min walk to the beach and tons of restaurants, shops, and boat excursions. This is a much affordable option that staying in Taormina. The hotel staff were very welcoming and extremely nice. The reservation came with a small bfast voucher at a nearby cafe with local pastries/treats. Will def stay here again.
