Stunning property with exquisite decor and spectacular views. Both elegant and comfortable- not overly formal or “stuffy.” The staff were charming, friendly and attentive. We loved the breakfast, our room, the beach and the location overall! Hope to return!

Beautiful hotel with best in class staff. After some less stellar hotels on a trip through Italy and an extremely long travel day, arriving here felt like a miracle between beautiful rooms with incredible views, great food at Brace, and the most welcoming team onsite. checking out was hard - we did not want to leave!!

Great staff, fantastic location

Excellent service. Some things weren’t right but the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure things were fixed as soon as possible. Everyone was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Birthday trip

My husband and I stayed at Belmond Santa Andrea in Taormina to celebrate my birthday. The property is in a prime location, beautiful views throughout. Room service is amazing, restaurants are ok. Staff is friendly, some are a little serious/ pretentious. Rooms are outdated and restrooms are in desperate need of a renovation. There is mold in the shower’s. Not the best belmond property we’ve stayed at. Definitely room for improvement. Wouldn't stay here again unless renovated. The staff at belmond timeo are better trained and food is much better up there as far as restaurants and bar.

A marvellous stay— the attention to detail and customer service is bar none. Location superb by the beach which was private and access to cliff jumping and swimming which my teens relished. We also enjoyed the complimentary boat tour along the bay and the convenience of the shuttle into town via their sister resort. Superior quality rooms and food and amenities. Absolutely gorgeous property and cannot miss if visiting Taormina. 1000/10.

Very clean, nice location. Kinda of shame there is a shipyard next to the property. Making noise early in the morning. I would stay again.
