"Staff was incredible! We made our check in at 2:30 instead of 3 and the front desk lady was very nice! The room was very comfortable and well lit, the beds were just a bit stiff for our liking, but we know as foreigners that this is common in korea so we were not disappointed by this! The lobby lounge was supper comfortable and nice. Overall we had a great time:)"

"Comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. While it may be a bit out from the center of the city, it's only a short walk from the coast and plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again for a few nights in Jeju-si."

The person the runs the place wasn't there so I was created by her father. He was lovely but could not speak an ounce of English and wasn't sure what do do. "The room was clean and small, with a refrigerator. The shower is separated from the toilet area but you only get tiny towels. The check in experience was self service even though it states someone is there from 3pm. I arrived at 9 pm and there was no one around. There was a self service machine but all in Korean. Eventually I found an internal doorbell. Someone arrived and pointed at the machine changed the language to English and disappeared. Other than that everything was great. Good location...
