On arrival in the villa we had been provided with a bottle of fizz, some water and snacks. The villa was incredible - immaculate in presentation, spacious, beautiful interior and an incredible pool. "Great staff, great food, very kid friendly , the grounds were beautiful. The only thing that I was disappointed about were the rooms. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel but our room looked very outdated, old bathtub, worn out towels and bed sheets. The room was very clean but looked like it hadn't been updated since the 80s. Just very surprising given the rest of the resort and amenities"
