A dining space with a big table for 8 people and the option of adding 2 children's seats takes you to the kitchen. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are arranged so that 1 room with an en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor and 3 are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and a baby cot is also available. Neutral colors dominate the room and create a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are flooded with light as they all have a terrace or balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. For your comfort, each room has air conditioning and underfloor heating that extends throughout the house. The available parking caters to 3 vehicles, and it includes an electric car charger while being suitable for low chassis cars. Villa Ava is a fantastic starting point for a day on the beach, but also for exploring western Istria. Take a trip to Tar-Vabriga, a town formed by combining two villages, situated between the charming town of Novigrad and the Adriatic pearl of Poreč. Tar-Vabriga provides a view of Novigrad and Poreč, and on occasion, Venice can be seen from the Tar bell tower. Don't forget to taste the area's local olive oil, the best in Europe. After visiting Novigrad and Poreč, head inland to the protected Baredine Cave, a natural monument with interesting geological formations, and the charming town of Višnjan, famous for its astronomical observatory. For a fun family outing, head to the exciting Istralandia water park which is only a 20-minute drive away.
