"We had a wonderful week at Merry Light Cove cottage. The spot was absolutely beautiful with a quiet sandy beach just a few steps away and an amazing view of Lake Huron sunsets. Lonely Island beach was a short 2 minute drive or a lovely 10 minute stroll. These beaches are perfect for kids as they are shallow and our kids loved walking out far from the shoreline.
