"Very nice House !!! Beautifull inside, very nice Garden and very good location. It is only 2 minutes from a very nice beach by feet. The House is clean, you have your own location with the garden and park the car inside. In the garden you can sit under the trees and read or have lunch/dinner. My full recomendation ! "Ein echter Geheimtipp in alten Gemäuern :) Der Aufenthalt bei Marko und Moni war unbeschreiblich. Wir wurden jeden Tag herzlich empfangen, von Moni zum Frühstück und Abendbrot (im Restaurant) kulinarisch verwöhnt. Das Essen ist einfach der Wahnsinn und mit viel Liebe selbstgemacht. Die Unterkunft , erinnert an ein altes, uriges spanisches Restaurant und ihr seid ein Teil davon. "We liked the size of the hotel and room, the overall cleanliness, the pools were nice and clean too, beach access was handy, courtesy room facility, friendly and polyglot staff. We'd have preferred more fresh fruit and fresh homemade juices for breakfast. The partial sea view was nice apart from the derelict area adjacent the property that our room was facing."

"This hotel is nice but definitely a work in progress. The staff are friendly but very limited as at times there were empty bottles and glasses left on the side for hours waiting to be collected. At the time of our visited the gym and sauna were under construction. In my opinion the safety railings should be much higher than where they currently are at waist level"

"Myself and partner had a wonderful stay and can't really complain about anything, the rooms are basic but spacious (bedroom, living room and bathroom) clean with a well maintained. The food choice was excellent, fresh and with plenty of variety. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of shops bars and restaurants.. although Costa Calma is more on the quite side, there are still plenty of activities around to do and see. "

Very clean and well equipped house

"We had a wonderful week at Casa Volz. From there it is very easy by car to reach lots of rambling paths inside the island as well as many lovely sandy beaches. The house is very clean and fully equipped with anything you may need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Casa Volz!Nous avons passe une tres belle semaine a la Casa Volz - une location tres bien situee, tres propre et super bien equipee. Nous la recommandons chaleureusement."
