"The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. "Good hotel, but the isolation within the rooms is a little bit low (you can hear easily the noise of people in the other rooms next and above you... It is a pity that you have to pay extra to use the little indoor pool, for sure in low season they should better make it free when the outside pool is not ready for use... But in general good hotel, very kind staff, but price wise just for sleeping, price in low season is quite high... "
