"I had not properly read that there would be no towels. We have not experienced this before. We had arrived by air so carrying those is not practical. Thankfully we were close to friends who helped us or we could not have had a shower after our long journey as there were no shops near. I wish they would be provided for other travellers like ourselves. We were told it was because of Covid but bed linen was provided and we could not understand the difference! Everything else was perfect."

"Well presented room, in a quirky building that was slightly difficult to find as the name board has fallen down at some time and not been put back up. Would consider using again, but might look for options slight closer to the centre of Montlucon. We were only staying for one night on our way south through France. Staff friendly, continental breakfast ok and parking on site."

"A clean and cosy Gite with a helpful owner who was available to answer questions and help during our stay. The upstairs has a lovely bright double bedroom, twin room and sitting area. The bathroom is bright and modern. Downstairs are two further rooms, a shower room and WC. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside there are plenty of areas to sit, with shade when needed. Pascal is a generous and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit the area again one day. Merci Beaucoup Pascal xxx"
