"Pedro was probably the best host we've ever had; he took very good care of our needs. Parking was impossible, so after driving around for over 45 minutes and up to a mile from the apartment, Pedro helped us find parking a ways from the apartment then shuttled our luggage from our car to the apartment. "The room was fine and location great but our air con didn’t work. It would turn on for about 10 minutes before displaying an error message which meant something about not being connected properly to the outside unit. So unfortunately we had a terrible sleep in a very hot room."

"We really loved this hotel. A great welcome, room was of a high standard and the standard of service was generally high. The hotel has really thought about accessible needs for wheelchair users and we are definitely coming back. Try the beach bar, but the buffet restaurant is good too. One area for improvement is that the standard of food for the early evening in the Level needs improving and when food runs out, the restocking needs to take place more quickly. That did not distract from a great stay though."

"The Kook was an amazing place to stay. The room and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and water pressure was excellent. The location was great close walking distance to everything including the port as we took an early day trip to Tangiers. We didn’t have a car so we can’t comment on parking situation. The desk clerk Angel was excellent as she helped from food choices to directions. Thank you Angel! The breakfast was small yet had ample selections. Eggs toast coffee cereal fruit yogurt perfect to start your day !"
