40 - Apartamento Sugar

  • Modern 120 square meter apartment in one of the best urbanizations in Tarifa. Located at the entrance of the town and a few meters from Playa de Los Lances, it has gardens and a community pool (open from June 15 to September 15). The historic center is about a 15-minute walk away.



    In addition to the spacious living room, which has beautiful views of the sea and the African coast, it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second with two single beds and a trundle bed.



    It also has a toilet with a shower tray and a separate kitchen, with everything you need to cook in the accommodation: 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-combi, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster. ...



    The terrace has outdoor furniture where you can relax in this very special enclave.
