"We didn’t interact with the staff much during our stay but when we did, they were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the bathroom cramped. We were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels or face cloths. We also only had one roll of toilet paper (you can request more if you need it). "Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic. The actual staffs are wonderful and very courteous. Absolutely nothing to criticize on that regards; likely the best aspect of my stay.
