"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great!
The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but...

"Good communication for check in, easy and faster
Secure location, the room was big and clean, everything ok with small exceptions, just half or role of toilet paper and left side bed lamp missing switch
Easy check out, thanks for everything "

"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4.
The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"Great location, 15 min walk to the game. It was a lil hard to find the apartment, but mostly due to us not understanding how to read the address correctly.
The infloor heating was a nice addition."

"Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. I'd imagine that the garden would be good to relax in come the summer months. If you intend to work over the wifi as we did, I...

"The apartment was well-furnished, well-located and generally just a lovely place to spend time, as well as a convenient place from which to explore Chester. "

"This small stylish apartment is almost unbeatably located and is comfortably appointed. We would have rated it 5 stars overall except for some mildly irritating features such as the bathroom lights operating on a movement detector switch. No one enjoys the lights going off while you’re having a shower at night. The hand basin was also too small. Storage in the kitchenette was also somewhat chaotic. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and these were minor matters."

"The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a city break.
Right in the heart of the city, this classic hotel is definitely worth a visit and we will return again next year."
"The rooms, in fact the whole hotel was clean and tidy, the breakfast was good and well organised. Didn’t use the bar or dining room. The rooms were very warm, with no air con, there was a bath which doubled as a jacuzzi with an overhead shower, totally unnecessary, the base of the shower was higher than the floor which didn’t feel very safe when getting out. Much better and safer to have a walk in shower."
"From check in to check out everything was fabulous. Our room was lovely, very clean with a great shower. Bed was extremely comfortable which was great before our 24 flight to Australia.
We had food and drink at the hotel bar. Ordered the burgers and they were delicious. We'd definitely stay here again, its so convenient for terminal 2. Just cross the road to the train station, take the lift upto the walkway to terminal 2 and your right where you need to be. Walkway goes to terminal 3 if you need that to. Everything very convenient we thought it was excellent. Can't wait to stay again"
"We were very impressed with Citadines from start to finish. The check in process was seamless - we arrived at 1pm, not expecting to check in, but we wanted a place to put our luggage so we could head out into town. We were greeted by a lovely lady at reception who checked us in straight away, she was so nice. The room itself was spotless & had everything you could think of needing, including a washing machine & a dryer which was SO handy with 2 small children in tow! The location was perfect, but as I’m originally from Liverpool I knew this before booking.
All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, it was perfect! Thanks!"
