Parlay at Sunset is a large 5 Bedroom (sleeps 11), 3 Bathroom beachfront vacation rental on the beautiful island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. Located on the calm, clear waters of Eleuthera's Caribbean side you can spend hours playing on the beach, snorkeling in the clear shallow waters or just soaking in the warm Bahamian sunshine. The beach at Parlay at Sunset is absolutely stunning. The usually calm 'Caribbean' blue waters are perfect for kayaking, snorkeling and diving. The sandy beach is miles long and filled with amazing seashells, large and small, all waiting to be collected and treasured.

The property was so beautiful and made you never want to leave! We enjoyed snorkeling in the crystal clear water right outside the backdoor and stargazing under the clear starlit sky while listening to the waves crash just feet from us. We could not have asked for a more peaceful and serene place to be! Diana the owner and Charles the property manager were so kind and helpful the entire trip from start to finish which made a perfect experience even better than we could have ever imagined. We can’t wait to come back!

Few properties anticipate vacationers' needs as thoroughly as this one. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beach area was like a mini resort, the property manager was available to us and handled any issues quickly, its proximity to Tarpum Bay helped us meet wonderful people and get fresh fish, lobster, and conch salad, and the small market in town met our needs. Children are clearly welcomed here with a clean, charming play area. They even had enough laundry hampers and towels for a large, busy family. Just remember to bring water shoes and your insect repellent of choice--you will likely need these wherever you go in Eleuthera anyway. Such wonderful memories were made!

We stayed at Parlay at Sunset 11/12-11/17. The home is huge and beautiful! I was almost sad we had such a large space for 3 people... almost! The yard and beach are gorgeous!We never saw anyone else on the "private" beach. Charles made sure we were well taken care of and even brought us homemade punch and rum! We will be back!!

Parlay at Sunset was a great stay. There were a few minor hiccups from the previous renters, but Charles the property manager took care of things within a timely manner. We had a wonderful stay, and the private beach area was serene and blissful. My family had fun shell hunting. I recommend Parlay at Sunset for your Tarpum Bay stay.

We loved this house and especially the screened in porch were we spent every morning and evening. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We were six adults and 2 kids under 6 and we had a fantastic time. Thank you Charles for making it easy and a very relaxing stay.

Perfectly location on a secluded beach and right off the Queens Highway. We enjoyed sunset evenings in the gazebo & the calm blue waters. Liked that the bedrooms are on either side of the living area. Note that there are no immediate neighbours and plan to shop for meals or eat out at one of the local restaurants. Our host Diana and property manager Charles were very responsive and accommodating. Be sure to read the house book for tips about places to eat and visit. Hifhly recommend staying at Parlay! We had a group of 11 of us stay at Parlay @ Sunset. We had such an amazing stay. We loved the beautiful beach!!! We loved the outdoor shower and the screened in back porch. We had plenty of room to spread out! We loved having two washers and dryers. We had everything we needed for our cooking purposes! We had an issue with water pressure, but the host was quick to respond. We loved our stay and would definitely come back to this house and beautiful island!

This property is amazing and we had NO disappointments! The beds were comfortable and felt like home versus a hotel bed. The kitchen had almost every appliance you could want to help prep meals. The Screenroom was our favorite place to take our meals. We spent most of our week kayaking and snorkeling off the beach outside the house. There is so much wildlife right in the water right off the shore. We will cherish this trip and hope to return to Parlay at Sunset!

We had just a short stay in Tarpum Bay and rented this wonderful property. The beach was great and the amenities were very good. The location is a bit remote which we like but may not be for everyone. The house was extremely comfortable and catered to the children which was wonderful. Would certainly go back here again for a longer period in the future. We love Eleuthera !!!!

We had a great vacation at Parlay at Sunset. The location is very private, no close neighbors. The kitchen is very well equipped including lots of spices. We loved the Bahamas Room. The sunsets were amazing. A great selection of sunscreen and bug repellent was appreciated. We had as many as 4 local, well behaved dogs to enjoy. Buy some dog food, they are hungry. We hope to return soon for more than 8 days.

What I loved best about this property is the location - a bungalow right on Tarpum Bay. The ocean is alive here, we saw dolphins, manta rays, jacks and lots of other fish. Excellent snorkeling and kayaking. Thanks to hosts Diana and Ryan, and thanks to caretakers Ken, Audrey and Kevin for taking such good care of my family and I.

Parlay at Sunset is a great villa. I was amazed how much rooms and space we had. Many bedrooms, sofas, kitchen appliances, etc. On the first day when we reached the patio, we saw the beach setup with all the kayaks, paddle boards , we knew we made the right choice. This villa is spacious, clean, directly on the beach. Just amazing !

Lots of space. We only had our family of 5. This was the last place we stayed of our 2 week vacation. Our kids 6, 4 and 2 loved the toys, videos and games. It was great to relax and enjoy the beach for a couple days before we went home.

Amazing location with your own private beach. Close to airport and downtown Tarpum Bay has great local fresh food and friendly hospitality. Coming back again next year. Ken & Audrey handled everything from rental cars to chef Kara making dinner. Very special memories for our Family trip of 8

What a great place to recharge. Diana and property manager, Ken, could not have been more accommodating to our family. Also, the people of Tarpum Bay are the best. We were able to live like native Eleutherans for ten days. If you wish to experience the island hospitality and natural beauty, this is the place for you. This property is absolutely AMAZING! The house, the yard, the beach, the amenities…it’s everything you could ask for. We snorkeled right off the beach and the ocean is so alive…sitting in a chair in the water reading, there was a starfish right beside us and fish swimming at our feet. The host is gave us great tips before travel and provided very helpful information for our stay. Do not pass on this property!!!

The property, the owners and caretakers were wonderful. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 to hang out. The screened in porch is wonderful. This place has everything you need to enjoy the water, paddle boards, boogie boards, kayaks, snorkels, etc. The location of the property is great, nice and close to the Island Farm, which we almost visited daily for fresh bread and produce. This property doesn’t disappoint, we’ll definitely book another stay at this property.
