Sehr gutes, auch von Einheimischen vielbesuchtes Restaurant, sehr kinder- und tierfreundliche Unterkunft, für längeren Urlaub wegen der kleinen Fenster mit Vorhängen zu dunkel, letzter privater Wegabschnitt zum privaten Strand nach Regen nicht befahrbar (Schlammfalle für Autos ohne Allrad).

Malgré le jour de r expos l'équipe nous a contacté par WhatsApp des heures avant notre arrivée probable pour nous rassurer qu'il y aurait quelqu'un. Et pile à 21h ils étaient la pour tout nous montrer. Charmant. Lieu très reposant.

Great place central to many sights

We decided to stay at Podere Giullio, because we wanted to be kind of close to the airport after getting off s flight from Sicily to Rome. The drive from the airport was a little longer than we anticipated and we did have difficulties finding the agriotouriismo ....but after some friendly directions from a lovely man just closing up his shop, we finally arrived and happy to be there. What a lovely place. We had a suite that would sleep 4 comfortably. The best part was the restaurant on the farm. The food was absolutely delicious..a very busy place and so well run by the three brothers. Many locals know about the restaurant and it was packed on both nights that we stayed. This is a must return place and I hope we do. It would be a great place for a family get away. Close to a beach and 1 hr drive into Rome and lots of room for the kids to run and play

Gastfreundlichkeit lässt über Mängel hinwegsehen

Die Unterkunft ist typisch italienisch, d.h. die Einrichtung ist sparsam, aber zweckmäßig. in dem Appartment ist es ohne Klimaanlage ziemlich heiß. Der große Mangel, der aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich ist, ist der Pool. Er befindet sich auf dem Nachbargrundstück und ist entweder mit dem Auto über die Straße oder über ein Melonenfeld zu erreichen. Der große Pluspunkt der Anlage ist die Nähe zum Meer...ca.1km. man hat den ganzen Strand für sich allein, bis auf ein paar andere Gäste und das ist eine absolute Ausnahme in Italien. Man kann entweder zum Strand laufen oder mit dem Auto bis direkt an den Strand fahren. Die Gastfreundschaft der Familie ist überwältigend und auch die Angestellten sind alle um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht.
