The staff were incredibly welcoming, and we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable, with a real sense of luxury- making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was fantastic- delicious, high-quality, and the perfect way to start the day. A special thank you to Chamane and the rest of the team as well for going above and beyond to help me organise a birthday surprise for my partner. They made the entire experience seamless and memorable, with an impressive range of treats and balloon options to suit any celebration. "Lovely hotel - great location and a really good sized well equipped gym. Pool area also pleasant - with sauna and steam rooms. Breakfast is also a great spread. Would 100% book this as hotel of choice on any return visit to Bournemouth. "

"Fantastic stay! The only thing this hotel is missing is it's own restaurant for dinner. And it's at the top of a very steep hill which, after enjoying many of Bournemouth's fine restaurants, is bloody hard to climb. The room was immaculate, the staff responsive and professional, highly recommended."
