The most basic of basics. The rooms need refurbishing, the restaurant was practically useless, and the Starbucks is open to everyone which makes the lines very long and the parking ridiculous. It's fine, but don't expect usual Sheraton standards.

**Disappointing Stay – Hotel Needs Updating** The hotel is quite dated and does not have a fresh or well-maintained feel. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent, which made for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The room doors looked shabby and worn, and I noticed mold in the shower, which was particularly concerning. The property could definitely benefit from some much-needed renovations, deep cleaning, and attention to detail. Thankfully, I only needed to stay for one night. While I appreciated the comfortable bed, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. **I would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements were made.**

Overall, the stay was okay. If you need somewhere affordable to stay for one night, I would say go for it, but I wouldn’t consider it a great stay. The lobby looks nice, and they offer refreshments upon arrival, which was a nice touch. However, the rooms have carpet, and there was a noticeable smell when the AC was turned off. For a pet-friendly hotel, I don’t think carpet is the best choice for the rooms. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear almost everything from the room next door. The pool area could definitely use some updating and better cleaning. The pool didn’t look very clean, and the hot tub looked filthy. They really need to renovate that area, as well as the rooms, so they match the nice appearance of the lobby. On the positive side, there’s a Starbucks, grocery store, and several places to eat nearby. There’s also an all-you-can-eat buffet called UMI about an 8-minute drive from the hotel. Overall, it’s decent for an affordable one-night stay, but I wouldn’t stay here for an extended trip.

The star was friendly. The property was OK. The room was a stain, smell like cigars. It was marked on a chair stain mark the equipment in the fitness room was a bit rusty. I did not use the pool.
