"Newer, gorgeous property with Ainu elements at a serene part of the small town. Nice, minimally designed room with great view of the lake, great for a relax trip. Onsen water is brownish and feels v therapeutic, smoothening for the skin. Food is alright, breakfast portion is a little small. Unlike other similar grade onsen hotels, there is no drinks provided in the room - only a jug of water, this is rather disappointing. Can't be sure the water is fresh. If this is due to environmental practice, the hotel could have provided water in aluminium can..."

"The room was clean, and the staff good to work with. There is plenty of parking out back. Great for families. Seicomart across the street was invaluable. Unless we need to be in a different area we will have Minn Chitose at the top of our list."

"Only 5 minutes to train station. Large and comfortable lobby. Good breakfast buffet. Somewhat limited dinner menu. Laundry is good. Room a tad small. Getting in and out of Queen bed was tight. Had difficulty getting room temperature to my liking as controls are only in Japanese"
