"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer.
Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...
"Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. "The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. "We were fortunate enough to stay at Sulfner in January and it was really fanastic. The rooms were very well maintained and exceptionally clean, the views were just amazing and the staff were wonderful. We included the breakfast and dinner each night which worked great and the food was perfect after a day out in the mountains. "This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. The yoga and pilates is great and the saunas and pools are amazing. We also took advantage of the shuttles to walking areas and the free bus pass that is provided.
