"The entire stay was seamless from the beginning to the end. The house was adorable and had everything we needed. We were able to walk just about every where from this location too. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this property. Oh and the roof top patio was perfect for relaxing. "

"This property has everything we needed. It's in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to some good restaurants. Short Uber ride to the stadium and other touristy areas. Hosts are super responsive and friendly. "

"Enjoyed our stay in South Philly at this property. The furnishings and decor in the home are rather grandmotherly but somehow it works (sparkly kitchen countertops and all!). It's a spacious home where my family of four felt comfortable. Property manager responded promptly to concerns. The best part is the location--we were delighted by the proximity to restaurants and cafes on 9th and also on Passyunk, and bus lines a very short distance in all directions take you downtown and to historic sites...

"This is a charming 4 level home in a quiet courtyard within walking distance to many historic sites, shops, bars and restaurants. Beautifully renovated inside, quiet, super clean, comfortable bed. We lucked out with street parking on arrival. We used the narrow lane in the rear to quickly load our car when leaving. Overnight parking at the 10th and South Street lot was convenient. We much preferred staying here vs center city hotel. "

"Do not book this property, it sold in March of this year, and it is still being listed for rental although it is lived in now. Arrived and we were not able to stay. When you try to contact the host via the VRBO app, it gives you a phone number in Pakistan."
