"This was my first time staying in Philadelphia, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. Everything was perfect, the host took care of everything and was really nice. She also made sure we had parking in front of the property. The photos do not show just how nice this place actually is, and It is so cozy and homey. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Gladys was a helpful host. The original property had recently flooded but she was able to move us to this location. Bedrooms are an amazing size! We wished the living room was able to accommodate more seating though. Overall, it was a good weekend."

"Our stay was brief but we feel rested. We love the giant mirror in the living room and the furnace kept us warm. Also, the street was amazingly quiet for being so close to South Street.We'll definitely be back!"

"Visited Philly for the flower show with friends. The property is spacious, beautiful, and has great amenities. Easily walkable to Old City and all the benefits of Society Hill. Host is very responsive!"

"We had a great time. The location was amazing walking distance to so many restaurants the Italian market and the Magic Gardens would recommend and would stay again."

"Our group of 12 all stayed comfortably. Everyone loved the pproperty. Nothing was missing. Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby.
