Hotel simples, mas acolhedor e com um bom café da manhã. O que tenho a reclamar: As toalhas de banho encardidas, em péssimas condições, super desgastadas (poídas), só servem para pano de chão. Os travesseiros muito baixos e moles e Os copos de suco mal lavados, no café da manhã. Gosto do hotel, já é a terceira vez que me hospedo, apenas necessita rever esses pontos de higiene e conforto que são primordiais para os hóspedes.

Muito boa acomodação.

Estadia de fim de semana. Localização muito boa de frente para a praça com comércio ao redor. Estacionamento ao lado do hotel, partilhado durante a semana com o Banco Itaú. A acomodação que utilizamos, super luxo, tinha o espaço bem justo, confortável, mas justo. Colchão bom, chuveiro quente. Bom café da manhã. Há de se ressaltar o atendimento que foi excelente da chegada à partida.

I very much appreciate all the staff for their service. The front desk team was very nice and they took great care of me. They even watched over me when I went to the pharmacy down the street in the middle of the night. I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend staying with them.

Experiência ruim.

Infelizmente a experiência foi muito ruim. Tive diversos problemas na hospedagem e não percebi interesse do hotel em solucionar. Fui receber um retorno após as 00hs quando meu filho já estava dormindo. Sei que problemas acontecem, mas nestas horas esperasse que o estabelecimento se aplique na resolução com a perspectiva fornecer uma boa experiência de modo que o cliente queira voltar, o que infelizmente não foi o sentimento que levei ao sair da hospedagem

Viagem de final de semana.

Ótima localização, recepção/ hall de entrada bonito, bom café da manhã,o atendimento é muito bom e o quarto espaçoso. Porém, banheiro pequeno, vaso sanitário encostado na porta do box e o box aparentava mofo, um pouco encardido. Precisa de uma reforma. E estacionamento precisa de controle/organização, pois os carros não respeitam e estacionam corretamente dentro das vagas, caminhonete para no corredor e impede a saída dos carros.

Nas fotos o hotel parece ser mais confortável e requintado. Porém, apesar de ter pago por um quarto com cama maior, a cama, na verdade, era a junção de outras duas menores. Além disto o box do chuveiro não fechava completamente, fazendo com que o banheiro todo fosse alagado a cada banho.

Hotel bom, mas não encontraram minha reserva e trataram o assunto (com certo sarcasmo) como se eu não tivesse feito a reserva, apesar de eu mostrar os detalhes da reserva no aplicativo e o email de confirmação. Recusaram me dar uma segunda chave para entrar no quarto, sob alegação de que o hotel não tinha mais cartões disponíveis. Não sei como isso é possível, mas foi a justificativa. De resto, o quarto era muito bom, bem espaçoso e o café da manhã excelente.
