The staff was friendly and very efficient. The rooms were sufficient but the bedding was below normal. The sheets did not cover the mattress. The breakfast was substantial with a variety of options.

falta de organização.

Nos deram um quarto que já estava ocupado, entramos e tinha hóspede no quarto, voltamos na recepção com mala, relatamos o ocorrido e nos deram outro quarto. no café da manhã não tinha nada, tudo estava em preparo e as frutas que tinha estavam passadas, o leite estava frio, não tinha talheres e louças disponiveis, as bandejas de frutas estavam vazias . quando reclamei ainda disseram que era pra eu aguardar porque só tinha 1 pessoa na cozinha.

Tive que trocar de quarto por problemas de TV, que mesmo após a troca o problema persistiu. Reserva para casal ao chegar no quarto apenas 1 toalha de banho disponível sendo necessário buscar na recepção. Controle do ar condicionado sem funcionar.

Infelizmente não fui informado que teria que levar carteira de vacinação da minha cachorrinha, ainda bem que sempre carrego em viagem porque a pessoa da recepção me disse que não faria o checkin e não poderia dormir no local, eu também não fui informado na reserva que tinha que pagar para o animal dormir é caro viu ficamos muito preocupados pois se não tivesse a caderneta de vacinação onde iríamos dormir pois já se passava das dez horas da noite, esse foi apenas o problema sério que tive nesse hotel de todo resto foi bom café bom lugar bom, só achei os funcionários meio despreparados mais faz parte.
