La casa contaba con todo lujo de detalles y comodidades, utensilios de cocina, 3 televisiones, aire acondicionado. Las habitaciones amplias y acogedora, frescas en verano por ser una cueva excavada en la roca. 2 baños totalmente equipados. Nos gusto mucho esta experiencia y sin duda repetiremos. "Pros: all the white goods were working Cons: no information on arrival and the keys to get in where not there. spent a long time searching and phoning ,in the rain!!! all the cushions to outside area soaking and spent 3days drying out. it needs a welcome pack of information, saying that we enjoyed the apartment. we did not use the swimming pool . the weather was always a bit cloudy unluckily."

What stood out most was the exceptional service — every member of staff we met was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the location in Tenerife is fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the facilities and cleanliness to the food and overall experience. A truly memorable holiday, and we would happily return and recommend it to friends and family!"

"The property was clean, air conditions and other facilities in the property was in good working condition. The staff at the receptions were very kind and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and had always life guard around. The accommodation is about 15 to 20 mins drive to Las America, Los Christianos and the very popular Siam Park which was very good. We stayed for 7 days and we enjoyed our stay, we will definitely return and highly recommend the accommodation to others."

"Venue is wonderful and beautiful. However, for a 5* hotel and the brand The Ritz-Carlton, it could certainly do with some improvements. 1) Pool cleanliness: the pool is very filthy. We stayed for a week ar Tivoli before coming to the Ritz. The Tivoli Hotel pool is meticulously clean. The Ritz seems to not clean their pool regularly. Very disappointing for a 5* hotel. 2) TXOKO poolside restaurant: poor quality food at horrendous prices. Dry meat, pasta with no taste, croquettes for €6 that are less than a bite. Compare this to Tivoli Hotel restaurants by Chef Olivier where they serve real tasty food. TXOKO gets 4/10 from me. 3) Breakfast: options not great, food not great quality, and staff are overworked and stressed. We were served pre-cooked cold fried eggs, and bad coffee in half filled cups from the machine. I wonder who inspected their 5* rating. 4) Lobby smells of diapers and not a great experience to be in. Most luxury hotels smell luxurious and wonderful, you would want to be in the lobby. 5) Check-in vs Check-out: totally different treatment by staff during check-in vs check-out. Both at restaurants (TXOKO) and with the bag storage in the lobby. It’s as if they know you’re about to leave so they treat you differently. Apart from the above, I think this place could be wonderful if they improved these points. Would rate this place 4.5/5* until they work on the above points."
