We arrived late at night, so it initially took us a bit to find the apartment, as it's a former store and still has the sign above the front door and window. There is a grocery store right across the street, so very convenient."

It also is a 1 bedroom, not 2. The owner is counting the living room as a bedroom. There are a lot of plants - about 1/3 are dying with leaves dropped all over.
