"The greeting from staff and free room upgrade was very welcoming and appreciated. The rooms are very tired as is the general surrounds of the facility. The couch in our room was covered in stains and the upper landing wall was thick with dust. Two pieces of artwork were peeling and a strange Rhinoceros seat? in the lounge was very very dirty. The kitchen, bedding and bathroom were clean though. Access to the rooms and parking at the facility are not user friendly. The location was lovely looking out over the water and very close to town. "

"We had a spa room at the front with beautiful views of the lake and very private. Our room was excellent and well serviced daily. Checkin was easy and quick and the Owner had plenty of local knowledge. We did not use the thermal spa as we had a private room spa. Only issue was people upstairs walking around the floorboards did creak a little but nothing o whinge about it was a magnificent stay. "

"Clean and very nice natural light. The kitchen ceiling is glass where it is warm by day and stars glazing by night. It also has bikes for borrow which is a bonus for us! Thank you Paul! 🙂"
