They can benefit by doing little DIY at the property e.g. putting pedestal bins and changing the kitchen cabinets. "The Don Miguel is a very nice hotel , but sadly she is starting to show her age. The staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. I was in room 49 and found the bathroom outdated and difficult to get to the W.C. You have to go into the bathroom with the door open (obviously) , then stand with your heels against the bath. Then close the bathroom door and make a tight squeeze between the sink unit and the pan to sit down. I found the mattress to hard and the pillows were a disaster. Apart from the that it's very good value for money. Just needs some T.L.C and a magic wand."
