"I absolutely love this hotel. It doesn't matter really because the waterfall makes it so relaxing and I got the accessibility room which faces the waterfall!! So I was super happy!! I had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie while I was there. She was wonderful, very customer oriented, and very attentive. The ice machine was broken by the office and I have a bad leg right now and she took the time to go and get me ice because I was in a hurry and had to leave in the middle of the night for work. The ice machine was clear over on the other side of the building. The only thing that was upsetting for me was that the first morning I went to the lobby at 6:30am and the complimentary Continental breakfast had already been depleted. I guess the people who stay there all the time feel entitled and take the food back to their room as I saw someone carrying several milks, yogurts, and fruit. The only suggestion that I could possibly make would be for hotel staff not to allow people to leave the lobby and take their breakfast back to their room so that everybody might be entitled to a little bit of breakfast. Other than that I have always enjoyed my stay here."

"Probably the best holiday inn express I’ve ever stayed in, and I love holiday inn express. Everything was clean and spacious. Great shower. Breakfast buffet was very nice, well stocked. Beds were comfortable. This place made it easy to chill."

"I enjoyed staying at this authentic Floridian hotel, steeped in history and old-world charm. However, given the price point, I expected a little more luxury and refinement. The property feels somewhat tired in places. I appreciate the challenge of balancing historic character with modern comforts, but unfortunately, this hotel hasn’t quite found that sweet spot. A charming experience, but one that could be so much more."
