"The properly exceeded our expectations, absolutely loved our stay. The staff are friendly, breakfast was amazing with lots of variety in choice and the surrounding areas to the property had ample space and beautiful views. "We were so pleased with our luck to find this gem of a property at the last minute! The room was gorgeous a d the staff was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Fresh strawberries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a special added touch! You will not be disappointed. Located steps away from shopping and Il Campo where there is plenty to see and do…yet the location is quiet and secluded, best of both!! "

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "We received a very warm welcome on arrival and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good and in a lovely calm setting. The location is great for strolling round Siena and close to the bus station if you want to use Siena as a base. Our room and bathroom were excellent and there were nice quiet areas to rest or read. Really enjoyed this hotel. "
